A. Yes, it is in a pedestrian street with no through traffic and it is very quiet
Q. Is the courtyard private?
A. Yes, it is secure and situated at the back of the house
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. Yes, we send an invoice via PayPal which allows payment via most credit cards
Q. How much is the deposit?
A. The deposit is 25% of the rental charge
Q. How do I gain access on arrival?
A. Once you pay the final installment you will be sent a keycode for the front door
Q. Is there someone on call for emergencies?
A. Our property manager is on call 24 hours/day for any emergencies during your stay
Q. Is there Internet access?
A. We provide free WiFi and cable access for laptops
Q. What is the check-in time?
A. Check-in time is 4 pm. This allows for cleaning of the cottage prior to your arrival
Q. What time do I need to check out?
A. You need to check out by 10 am so the cottage can be cleaned for the next guests
Q. How far away is the train station?
A. The train station is 5-10 minutes walk from the cottage
Q. Is linen provided?
A. Linen and towels are included in the charge. A change of linen is provided for stays of more than one week
Q. Is parking available?
A. Some free street parking is available and the public car park is only 100 m from the cottage
Q. Does the cottage have heating and cooling?
A. There are very efficient electric wall heaters. The cottage usually remains cool in summer but there are electric fans if required.
